Multi-User Collaboration ​

Task Ownership and Assignment ​

Pro supports granular task ownership and assignment:

  • Task Owner - The user who created or owns the task
  • Task Assignee - The user responsible for completing the task
  • Public Tasks - Public Tasks are visible to all users

Project Membership ​

Projects can be shared with other users:

  • Project Owner - The user who manages the project membership
  • Project Members - Users with access to shared projects
  • Public Projects - Public projects are visible to all users
  • Permission Controls - Granular access control for project collaboration

Quick Add Smart Parsing ​

Pro includes enhanced quick add parsing with intelligent assignee detection:

  • @ASSIGNEE - Automatically assigns the task to the specified user
  • Context-Aware - Suggests assignees based on views
